The IRIGIN project (International RIce Genomics INitiative) is a France Genomique "Massive Sequencing Call" program lead by the RICE team. This program is aimed to provide a large array of genomic resources for cultivated and wild African Rices, as well as on various Asian rices lines of agronomic or scientific interest.
